dear frnd u have used the formula to find distance. it doesn't give coordinates.the formula to find coordinate of midpoint is this.(x1+x2)/2,(y1+y2)/2. we take the average of x- coordinates of end points as x-coordinate of midpoint and average of y-coordinates as y-coordinate of midpoint. hope u got it now.
