Write an equation in slope intercept form of the line that passes through (4, 1) and (5, -1)

OpenStudy (tkhunny):

Can you find the slope?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

no?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i need the equation

OpenStudy (tkhunny):

That's not good. You should have this skill. \(Slope = \dfrac{Rise}{Run} = \dfrac{y-Change}{x-Change}\) Can you identify the x- and y- coordinates in teh ordered pairs listed in teh problem statement?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

can you just help by telling me

OpenStudy (tkhunny):

You should already have a book or a teacher or an online course. Why will it make any difference if write you a new book? I can do the problem, but how do I know I'm not just doing your homework for you? You must show SOME knowledge of the subject matter or we're both just wasting out time.
