MIT 6.00SC course has a torrent file here ( http://archive.org/details/MIT6.00SCS11 ) I'm looking for the same for MIT 6.01SC. I need a torrent because my internet connection is shared and slow, therefore I need to adjust the download speed.

really no torrent file, but in Internet Download Manager there is an option 'speed limiter' which limits the speed of downloading.
