Functions must only have one x-value for a specific y value, this means that a function cannot have two seperate points (different y values) at the same x value

?????....... @Eleven17

OpenStudy (anonymous):

The answer is D, because all of the others have coordinates where x is used twice for different y values such as (0,4) , (0,1) becuase x=0 was used twice for different values, It cannot be a function.
