Awe, science is awesome! As for this question, I don't like it more than the previous one. But I'm going to assume there aren't many protozoans in dog mouths and assume A. Of course, we can think of the opposite: It is likely to contract a protozoan from direct contact and eating --breathing, not so much... but I would think that it would be more likely to find an aeroprotozoa than one in a dog's mouth
