Help please? Solve the compound inequality. Graph the solution. 6x – 4 < –34 or 3x + 10 > 10

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I can graph it, i just need help solving the inequality!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

6x – 4 < –34 add 4 6x<-30 divide by 6 x<-5

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Now solve the other side: 3x + 10 > 10 subtract 10 3x>0 divide by 3 x>0 so, x<-5 or x>0

OpenStudy (anonymous):

-10/3 < x < -5 ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I'm sorry!
