Use trigonometry. Remember SOHCAHTOA. Which lengths do you have (opposite, adjacent, hypotnuse?)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

huh?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

this is for geometry

OpenStudy (nubeer):

have you studied soemthing like this? sin (y) = oposite/hypotaneous?

OpenStudy (nubeer):

y is angle

OpenStudy (anonymous):

not yrt

OpenStudy (nubeer):

hmm so from which topic this question is.. i know gemoety but what in geometry.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

special right triangles

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Oh right, if the angle is 45, the hyptonuse is sqrt2 times the legs. So 7*sqrt2*sqrt2=7*2=14

thnks!
