OpenStudy (faman39):

Please help me!!! If two electric fences have the same voltage how can one fence give off more of a shock then the other? Explain what must be different about the electrical settings of the circuit.

OpenStudy (faman39):

@Eleven17 can you able to help me with this?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Hmm...I haven't taken my electrical physics course yet HOWEVER, the relation is V/R = I, so even though the voltage is the same, if the resistance is lower in one, the current will be greater which I believe will lead to a greater shock! So the answer is that the circuit must have a lower resistance so the current can be greater.

OpenStudy (faman39):

Thank you so so much for helping! :)

No problem! I love it!
