I got 100.4?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

well i'll show you my steps. find area of small circle. sc=pi 2^(2), then the lil arc segment that is shaded is just ms= pi*4^2-sc The area of the big circle is bc = pi*6^2 so the answer is bc/ms

OpenStudy (anonymous):

and i got 3 pi*6^2/(pi*4^2-pi*2^2)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so 37.7/113.09 ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

well i guess if you flip my ratio it makes more sense and it is 1/3 = .33333333333333

OpenStudy (anonymous):

1/3 makes more sense than 3 or 100.4 :D wouldn't you agree. It is suppose to be a ratio.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yeah, thanks for your help :)

De nada :D
