For this equation m=20h+3000 What is the independent variable and the independent variable. Please explain what a independent variable and a dependent variable is. Help please!

Independent variable is the guy who moves as he wish, doesn't care of anything and isn't influenced by anything. Dependent variable is the guy who moves DEPENDING on the action of independent variable. Here, we can plug whatever h value we want, and the m changes variable depending on the value of h. Hence h is independent variable, and m is dependent variable.
