If a woman who is heterozygous for cystic fibrosis and a man who is heterozygous for cystic fibrosis have children, what are the children's possible genotypes? Is it possible for these parents to have a child with cystic fibrosis?

The genotypes are unaffected homozygous (25%), unaffected Heterozygous (carrier) (50%) and affected homozygous (25%). There's a good description at this page:
