Would someone suggest some good online resources for probability and statistics? I don't know which to learn first, they seem rather related.
Please don't say Khan academy, I know about that....
lecture based?
prob/stats classes usually start with probability
@Mathmuse preferably with lectures, but with reading and psets to go with it. I can't seem to find someting like that on OCW. I found one from Harvard but it was an amalgamation of other site's materials haphazardly put together. (sorry I am taking so long to reply, my connection has been having issues :/)
I had a cool pdf on probability but SOPA got to it before I give give it a good reading.
before I could*
my bad, that's the wrong one. http://ocw.mit.edu/courses/mathematics/18-05-introduction-to-probability-and-statistics-spring-2005/ no problem sets in this intro course
yeah, thanks but I think already found that. I really want at least a textbook-style pdf if not lectures.
accents, but video lectures and assignments/tests with solutions http://nptel.iitm.ac.in/syllabus/111105041/ (navigate to lectures and downloads under the red bar)
don't learn it , it is absolute waste
Yeah, i'd listen to Libniz, anybody who speaks in absolutes really know their stuff
