It wasn't Paris and Nuremberg would later be used as the stage for the war criminal trials of the Nazi leadership that survived, and there was no treaty signed at Versailles as there was in WW1. So that only leaves (A) Yalta, where Roosevelt and Churchill went off to meet up with Stalin (who insisted on the location) on the shores of the Black Sea to decide the fate of post-war Europe.
