Muslim culture expanded so rapidly because muslims expanded. Once the Muslim faith was accepted many Muslims began to conquer lands and build mosques. When they conquered the lands many of the inhabitants of those lands eventually converted. This lead to the rapid spreading of the Muslim culture. Hope this helps :)
