Its more than likely B.
The nucleotides of each ribosomal strand in DNA offer a template so that the mRNA can make sure that the new forming DNA strand is correctly built.

Though remember, only one strand is going to be used which is the 3'-5' prime strand, not 5'-3'

i think each nucleotide does convey different information, but the first answer is more correct, because it's about the order in which these are arranged that forms the specific sequences needed. eg. specific amino acid sequences for protein tertiary and quaternary structures.
