How do I use completing the square to change the form of the function? I'm trying to find what f(x) = when f(x) = x^2 + 4x + 5

OpenStudy (anonymous):

you cannot factor it so use the quadratic equation to solve it.

Can you help me set up the problem? Would it be x^2+4x+5=0 ?
