I don't like "in closure."  To me, it sounds off.  Here are some transition words you can use instead of "in conclusion."

i agree with @Peeps... in closure sounds funny... personally, "in conclusion" never gets old... simple and effective.. but @peeps has good ideas...

here are some more... depends on what kind of essay tho... so I'm just winging it and giving u some for any kind of essay... you'll have to base it on what kind of essay u r writing tho :)
