OpenStudy (kingstone):

What hormone is the adrenal medulla responsible for secreting? A. Gonadocorticoids B. Estrogen C. Epinephrine D. Androgen I need some help please. I think it's "C. Epinephrine," but I'm still not so sure because I can't really verify too well with this book that I have. Any kind of help would be really appreciated, but please no random guesses! Thanks <3

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Well you're right! It does secrete epinephrine. That's adrenaline.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Adrenal medulla cells secrete epinephrine(adrenaline), norepinephrine(noradrenaline), and also dopamine(not very much though).
