When you graph using slope intercept, here are the steps:
1) plot the y intercept point... here, it's (0,-3)
2) use the slope to find another point... so here slope is 1/2, so you go up 1 and over 2.
3) Connect the two points.

The answer in (d) is not part of the process for slope intercept method. Confusingly though, it would work... it's just not part of THIS method.

Since they specifically asked you about the slope intercept method, I looked it up to be sure... there are different ways to graph, so the purpose of this question apparently is to make sure you know the steps of this method.

In the slope intercept method of graphing, here are the steps and how they match up to your answers:
