I need to solve this triple integral using two coordinate systems.

OpenStudy (richyw):

The region (in the first octant) bounded by \[x^2+y^2+z^2=4,\quad y=0,\quad y=x,\quad z=0,\quad z=1\] So to me it looks like I should use cartesian and cylindrical coordinates right? (because it appears to be z-simple) I have tried sketching out the domains and am finding it difficult to set up my region of integration.
