In pea plants, purple flower color (P) is a dominant allele while white flower color (p) is a ressesive allele. If the pea plant has the genotype of Pp, what is its phenotype? explain.

I don't wanna throw the answer at you, because it's actually pretty simple. But I can still help. Can I give you a hint? When we're talking about genotypes (pairs of letters), the CAPITAL letter always matters more than the lowercase letter. For example.... If capital T is Tall, and lowercase t is short, then any organism with a capital T in its genotype will be TALL. It doesn't matter if there's a lowercase t in there. Like in the genotype (T t). Because capital letters always matter more. ~~~~~~~~~~~ Let's go to your question. Capital P is purple. Lowercase p is white. If the flower's genotype is (P p), then what will its phenotype be? In other words, what color will it be?
