ok this is going to look like strange arithmetic (so bear with me)
m < 8 + m < 1 = m < 12
m < 8 + m < 1 = m < 10
m < 8 = m < 10 - m < 1
Since angle 10 < angle 13
this means that angle 8 < angle 13
so this rules out angle 8
