How about this, assuming your using 2 column proofs:
m<QST=m<RSP - Given
m<QST = m < QSP + m < PST - angle addition pos.
m<RSP = m < RSQ + m < QSP
m < RSQ + m < QSP = m < QSP + m < PST - substitution property (could be 2 steps)
m <RSQ = m<PST - subtraction prop equality
<RSQ cong. <PST - def. congruence
