You basically draw a triangle where the angle is from the standard x axis to the standard y axis or, put differently, the angle is 15 degrees from east towards north and the 50N is the hypotenuse and the legs of the triangle are the x and y components. I found the leg that (using trigonometry) that is representative of the x component.

Pretty much $$Fx=\cos \emptyset * F$$ so just do 50 times the cos15.
