"If all a and k, x+a-k=0, then X=?" This question was on my college placement test, which I took today. In your opinion, does this fall w/in the scope of Beginning Algebra, Intermediate Algebra, or some other level/discipline of Math? I have no clue because I got my GED 20 years ago and never got this far in math before I dropped out! Thanks in advance for any opinions. :-)
