Which is the mean of the data in the table? 4, 2, 3, 4, 5, 3, 1, 4, 1.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Mean is what we tend to think of as the average. It is the sum of all values divided by the number of values. So, if I have the numbers 4, 5, and 6, their sum is 15 and there are 3 values, so mean is 15/3. which is 5.
