How to make a program in c++ using array that count the number of characters in a word imputed. and prompt the user to try again if the user input numbers or any special characters.

Sample run:
Please enter a word: Hello
no. of characters: 5

Please enter a word: 34$53

invalid input!...

Well first you need to diffine the world. For the number of characters you may use: sizeof(char) in order to get the number. I do not see why you need an array here. Maybe if you share what you have so far I may be more in help.

General direction: using namespace std;
and
cout <<"Size of the world" << sizeof(char) << endl;

maybe you have to change count with cin instead of cout.
