I also agree with (A). The Fourteen Points wanted to pave the way for groups, such as those within the Austro-Hungarian empire and Poland, to govern themselves. (B) and (C) were a part of the Treaty of Versailles -- the colonies ended up in the hands of other European nations, such as Great Britain, but none went to the US since it wasn't a signatory. And (D) wasn't a promise made by the Points, either. The empire ceased to be a year or so after WW1 when internal drives for independence by those same groups that Wilson wanted to support had finally forced the monarchy to collapse.
