which of the following was used against unions? the right to strike Sherman Anti-Trust Act Fourteenth Amendment the right to collectively bargain

OpenStudy (anonymous):

right to strike- this wouldn't be used AGAINST unions, it would be for because unioners would sometimes strike sherman anti-trust act- prohibits certain business activities that reduce competition in the marketplace, and requires the United States federal government to investigate and pursue trusts, companies, and organizations suspected of being in violation. fourteenth amendment- African Americans were not legal citizens the right to collectively bargin- generally, rights wouldn't be used to fight against something as a union, because unions protected worker's rights. After going through all the possible answers, I believe sherman Anti-trust act is the best answer, although all the answers seem a little off to me.
