its a letter... and u do what it tells ya to.. if my name was John Smith id put my name in the place where it says YOUR NAME, then u make up or use a real address... for example 2190 Sutter lane tampa fl, 76501 or somethin lik that... and on and on til ya got it all filled in... btw if u didnt notice this is a math page not a English page!! :)
