im 15 and i am a taekwondo fighter im 116 pownds and i need to so get down to 108 pownds with out dehidraning my self how i need help

exersize and diet... although this has nothing to do with history, or anything else on this site... I think. Cardio rather than muscle building- muscles will increase your weight... and eat less meat and carbs. Depending on your height, 116 to 108 isn't necessarly a goof drop, keep in mind- if you're taller than 5'2" you shouldn't try to loose much weight, because 115 is very light for that height. Anything below 5'2" I suppose is fine, but still dropping that much weight can be not very healthy if you do it too quick. good luck.

If you're going to the olympics, wouldn't your coach tell you how to diet? It's his/her responsibility, besides they know the human body better than I do- more so even for people in martial arts. I'm a swimmer- if I know anything, it's about what swimmers should eat.
