its a high school class where you take an exam at the end to see if you qualify for college credit/exemption from the course; AP-advanced placement. They just like their essays a certain way and its confusing. :/ Heres what i might have if you can help:
In Shakespeare's "King Lear", exile brings enlightenment to characters in the play such as King Lear, and Gloucester. This illuminates the meaning of the work because the alienation of such characters brings up themes, like nothing comes from nothing, and parental relationships."
