first you want those equations in slope intercept form (y=mx+b where m=slope and b=y.int.) then your choices are
a y=7/4 x - 7
b y=- 7/4 x + 7
c y=- 7/4 x - 7
d y=7/4 x + 7
now remembering y=mx+b where b=the y intercept you can eliminate b&c since those two show a positive y-int
now remembering y=mx+b where m=slope A shows a positive slope whereas C shows a negative slope. the answer is clearly C since the picture also has a negative slope
