OpenStudy (anonymous):

I need to find the average growth rate for the 5 year period, and the y-intercept

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Please help!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

PLEASE HELP ME FIND THE GROWTH RATE ! GODD WILL BLESS YOU PLEASE

OpenStudy (anonymous):

we can find the rate of growth for each 5 year period if you like

OpenStudy (anonymous):

for the first 5 year period we take \(\frac{2.8}{2.55}=1.098\) so about \(9.8\%\) growth

OpenStudy (anonymous):

\(\frac{3}{2.8}=1.07\) so about \(7\%\) growth

OpenStudy (anonymous):

\(\frac{3.3}{3}=1.1\) so \(10\%\) growth

OpenStudy (anonymous):

\(\frac{3.7}{3.3}=1.12\) or \(12\%\) growth and so on

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i will estimate about 10% growth over each 5 year period, or about 2% per year, but that is just an estimate

OpenStudy (anonymous):

May God bless you. omg. THANK YOU SO MUCH !

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so what would the y-intercept be? and how can I write an equation for this function ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

anyone please? would the y-intercept be 2.55?
