I'm given cos(theta)=2/3, and i have to find csc(theta)

1) Draw a Right Triangle. Lable the Right Angle. 2) Select one of the acute angles and label it \(\theta\). 3) Use the given cosine information to label the lengths of the two sides that kind of information gives you. 4) Use the Pythagorean Theorem to calculate the length of the thrid side. 5) Use the defininition of cosecant and you are ALMOST DONE. 6) Make sure you're in the right Quadrant. The Right Triangle definitions don't know about Quadrants. Let's see what you get.
