-2-x>or equal to -1
-2 - x ≥ -1 You would need to add 2 to both sides of the equation -x ≥ 1 x ≤ -1 Rule is when ever you divide by a negative number you switch the signs
See i did that and i got .. x < or equal to 3 ??
How about this ? -2<4x-10<6<
well... -2 - x ≥ -1 You add 2 to both sides... -2 + 2 - x ≥ -1 + 2 Negative 1 plus 2 does NOT give you 3 but it gives you 1
well im not so sure about this... What year is this type of question? i think its simply -2<4x-10? if so 8 < 4x 2 < x
2012..
i meant what year, grade, form are you in :P
ohhhh 10 th lol im slow :p
i wrote it wrong tho... hold on its
-2 < 4x - 10 <6
that extra (<) that i put at the end last time wasnt supposed to be there
well ok ill try... im only year 11 :( -2<4x-10? if so 8 < 4x 2 < x then to do the 2nd part 4x - 10 <6 4x < 16 x < 4 so x greater than 2 and less than 4
I hope this is right...
yes its right :)
Thank you !! (:
