what they are asking you to do... is change the coefficients of each term and then see the change.. in the curve.

my 1st step would be the change the constant... and make it closer to zero or perhaps negative.... see what happens..

I haven't done matrix work for ages... sorry...so I think others may be better at helping...

I'd use geogebra, insert an image and then plot some points and use a function like poyfit..

the interesting thing is... I just did the task using

Geogebra and its simple... plot 4 points... use a function and you can get a degree 3 polynomial...
