Here's how I would get started:

1. I'd get a deeper sense of each of those concepts, taking some notes down about each of them. As you read, look for connections relating each of the topics to each other. For example, I'm wondering how the organic compounds, the nucleotides, and the RNA relate to our modern understanding of the universal genetic code?

2. I'd read up in my textbook, Wikipedia, instaGrok, and other websites about each concept and take notes. I'd also check out Khan Academy and Sophia to see if there is more information there that would help me form my own opinions about how to connect these biology topics.

3. I'd do what you're doing; use online resources and mentorship to guide me through the process. Stay focused, and get as interested as you can in the topic. Do a Google search and check out some images, videos, and popular science news/blog articles.
