How can i verify cot θ ∙ sec θ = csc θ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

First- stop writing csc, sec, cot and such- it's just confusing- convert immediately to 1/sin,1/cos etc.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

and then use either tan=sin/cos or sin^2+cos^2=1 from these 2 formulas you derive most of the stuff in trig

OpenStudy (anonymous):

So here,\[\frac{1}{tan}\frac{1}{cos}=\frac{1}{sin}\] Use tan=sin/cos, and it's obvious

thank you
