The intersection of two planes can be a point. Please choose 1- Always? Sometimes? Never?

OpenStudy (mathstudent55):

|dw:1354413686171:dw| Two planes can be parallel: no intersection at all. If two planes intersect, it's a line. Planes a & b intersect at line m in the figure.

So is the answer never, sometimes, or always?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

If you tried to manipulate planes a and b, could you cause them to intersect at only a point?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

You know the answer isn't "always," because you just saw an example where it wasn't a point.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I see so would it be never?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

It has to be, yes.
