The poet writes “let the talking drums spread the news” and “let the words on my tombstone be multi-lingual and let them scream asante princess, african queen.” She is using imagery to get the reader to _____. A) hear B) see C) smell D) taste Imagery definition: the formation of mental images, figures, or likenesses of things, or of such images collectively: the dim imagery of a dream. Thanks :-)
This ain't math.
@inkyvoyd no one is in reading... to answer
What do you think the answer is?
@inkyvoyd well hearing or seeing
why hearing and why seeing?
because it talks about let the words on my tombstone be multi-lingual so i could try to see that in my head and et them scream asante princess, african queen. so I could imagine sound
maybe tea
hear*
Look. is there more imagery reference hearing or sight?
I mean is there more hearing or more seeing going on here?
maybe hearing
It is hearing
So pick hearing. Besides, this is obviously a test, so you should've have needed help anyways.

@jvanegas96 , it's not very nice to answer snipe.
let the talking drums spread the news” because the sound of the drums will spread the news to those who here it. and “let the words on my tombstone be multi-lingual and let them scream asante princess, african queen.” everyone needs to hear it. if it is multi-lingual the author wants many types of people to hear and understand what the person who died hear. that the persons death is not in vain
Okay how about you give me a second because I actually explain my reasons instead of picking a fight. I know what I am talking about I just type slow and my internet connection is very low!
@jvanegas96 , there was no need for you to come in and blurt out the answer right after I was about to come to conclusions. It was incredibly rude and unnecessary.
@inkyvoyd I am sorry that you found me to be incredibly rude but the person had a question and I planned to help them by answering their question. Also I did not know that there were rules that more than one person could not answer another persons questions. Sorry if I ruined it for you by giving the answer out (I am being sincere with this apology) but I had plans to justify my answer just had issues getting it up there quickly. I do see how my attentions had the appearance of being snipe. As long as the persons question had been answer I am completely fine with my actions. However next time I will make sure I put it in one answer.
is it a?
