ALGEBRA 2 HELP THIS GIRL PLEASE:.( Constraints! x>0 y>0 -x+3>y y<1/3-x+1 objective formula: C=5x-4y
Just plot them on an xy plane
I need to know how to like solve it. Or habe someone walk me through it @Hero
1. Plot each inequality as lines on an xy plane. For example instead of x > 0, plot x = 0. 2. Write down the intersection points. 3. Plug the intersection points into the Objective Function
@Hero wait hold on since your talking about graphing
@Hero would what your talking about be easier with that?!
Graphing is always the easiest way.
@Hero well can you help me with the one i just posted?
What is preventing you from figuring it out? Where's your graphing calc?
5x + y = 11 2x - y = 10 ______________ 7x = 21 x = 21/7 x = 3 y = -4 (x,y) = (3,-4)
You at least know now that the intersection point is (3,-4). To figure out which graph it is, just create a table of x|y values or use wolframalpha
