It gives the states more power except through foreign policy and things effecting the entire nation

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Gives the people Rights that the Government cannot override. Ownership to Property, Search Warrants, Freedom of press, religion, and speech. Created the Three Branches of Government, making our Government less powerful. All taxes must be created in the House of Reps.
