to go from R to Q, you go to the left 4 units and then go up 4 units.

the scale from UVWX to PQRS is 1:2 (basically everything is doubled)

So to go from W(8, -4) to V, which is unknown, you go 8 units to the left and 8 units up

all you need to do is measure RS (which is 10 units) and WX (which is 20 units)

this is the indication that everything gets double
