I think you can find the link in the course material of the 6.00SC Introduction to Computer Science and Programming course at: http://ocw.mit.edu/courses/electrical-engineering-and-computer-science/6-00sc-introduction-to-computer-science-and-programming-spring-2011/ Thought it was somewhere in the html files that linked to a other directory.
You cannot actually get a pdf free of cost. As,@JeanPaulvanHamond mentioned you can get it in html files.
I can although provide you some books on skydrive,but,i don't have the one you mentioned.
