Hace fresco y hace viento. Because it is asking what the weather is like in Fall, and Hace Fresco y haco viento is saying it is cold and windy. Hace mucho calor means Very hot, Hace much frio means very cold. Nieva means its snowing. So the answer is Hace fresco y hace viento.
