All the first three have function in gene expression. Some steroids having function of hormones can regulate gene expression. There are DNA elements like promoters, enhancers can also regulate gene expression same in the case for RNAs like sRNA(but at level of rna ie, translational). but am not aware any polysaccharides having some functions . anyway most probable answer must be a.
