Like the steps to get the answer
distribute the -2 to (x-3) so then you have -2x +6 then for the other side you first distribute the minus sign to the (x+3) which gives you (-x-3) then distribute the 5 to (-x-3) which would be (-5+15) so the equation is then -2x+6 ≥ -5x-15 then you add 5x to both sides and subtract 6 from both sides giving you 3x≥ -21 and -21 divded by 3 is -7
