Hello so I need help with my intro for my expository essay. I have to explain a character trait and what makes it especially important. So for my fist sentence I have People have many admirable character traits, such as courage, enthusiasm, compassion, integrity, friendliness, strength the list could go on and on..end.. I was thinking I could do the trait on caring

That is a pretty long sentence to start out with. Maybe you should cut it in half so it looks like this: People have many admirable character traits, such as courage, enthusiasm, compassion, and integrity.   ... and then proceed to give examples from stories or books you have read to support it. I suggest just picking one of these, and find a book that supports it and build on from there.
