People have many admirable character traits, such as courage, enthusiasm, caring, the list could go on and on. Courage is an admirable trait because people who have courage do things other people might not normally do without it. Enthusiasm is also an admirable trait to have because people want to be around someone who’s positive and has a good work attitude. With so many admirable traits caring is the most important.

It seems alright to me. Maybe start the next paragraph with "I believe this because, ... " and then list the reasons you do, then go into detail about it.
